Leadership Team
We pride ourselves on the tremendous support and collaboration our leadership team offers to their team of professionals. Supervisors lead and support a team of professionals, while holding only a small caseload, to allow enough time for the proper support and supervision of their team. Each supervisor comes from a unique background of experiences and is assigned to therapists based on their own individual interests and needs.
Clinic Therapists
Our clinic consists of compassionate, highly trained professionals who are dedicated to supporting children and families in meaningful, practical ways. Each member of our team brings unique strengths, specialized training, and a shared commitment to helping every child reach their fullest potential.
We believe in meeting children where they are, building on their strengths, and partnering closely with families to create individualized, engaging therapy experiences. Our therapists value collaboration, ongoing learning, and evidence-based practices, all while creating a welcoming, supportive environment where children feel safe, confident, and motivated to grow.
Above all, our team is passionate about helping children succeed, both in the clinic and beyond.
Speech Language Pathologists
Our Speech-Language Pathologists provide individualized, evidence-based services in early intervention, preschool, and school settings. By working within children’s natural environments, they collaborate with families and educators to support meaningful communication skills that promote confidence and success across daily routines and learning settings.
Occupational Therapists
Our Occupational Therapists provide family-centered, developmentally appropriate services within early intervention settings. By supporting children in their natural environments, they focus on building foundational skills that promote participation, independence, and confidence in daily routines at home and in the community.
Family Support Coordinator
Our Family Support Coordinator (FSC) partners with caregivers to navigate services, advocate in school settings, and build neurodiversity-affirming support at home and in the community. We turn overwhelm into a clear, doable plan—so your child (and your family) can thrive.
Administration
Our administrative team works hard to ensure that all is running smoothly for everyone. Our administrators complete onboarding and HR tasks, assist with benefit enrollments, manage payroll and assist with company gatherings, and so much more!
