As a therapist-owned private practice, we understand all aspects of the job. We advocate for our therapists for appropriate workload sizes and always ensure that our therapists have everything needed to provide the best quality of services. We have a team of therapists who support each other, collaborate, offer resources, and are available to simply listen. Each therapist is assigned a supervisor who is accessible whenever they are needed. Our supervisors check in on each therapist, connecting via phone, email, video calls, and on-site visits.
